Towing Questions, Answered Straight
The questions drivers in West Palm Beach and Palm Beach County ask Google most, answered by a local towing crew. Still stuck? Call us.
Cost and payment
There is no single price. A tow depends on the distance, your vehicle, where it is stuck and whether it needs a flatbed. A short tow across West Palm Beach costs far less than a long-distance run. Call (561) 594-5853 for a free quote with the pickup and drop-off addresses.
Most towing prices combine a hook-up charge and a per-mile charge, and extra work such as a winch-out can add to it. That is why we quote each job: tell us both addresses and what happened, and you get a clear number before anything is booked.
Longer distances cost more, but the vehicle and the situation matter too. A 10-mile tow of a sedan that rolls is very different from a 50-mile tow of an all-wheel drive car that needs a flatbed. Ask us for a free quote for your exact trip.
Often, yes, if your policy includes roadside assistance or towing coverage. Check your policy or call your insurer. If they reimburse you, keep the receipt we give you with the date, the pickup and drop-off addresses and the amount.
During the tow
It depends on where you are, traffic on I-95 and the Turnpike, and the time of day. When you call, we tell you honestly what to expect for your location.
It depends on the truck and how many people need a ride. Ask us when you call, and if you cannot ride along, we will help you plan how to get where you are going.
Yes. A flatbed or wheel-lift can move a car without keys. It helps to have the keys if the steering is locked or the car is in park, so tell us when you call.
Yes, with the right equipment. We move motorcycles on a flatbed with proper tie-downs so nothing bends, scratches or tips.
Often, yes, but garages have height limits. Tell us the garage and its clearance if you know it, so we send a truck that fits.
As far as you need. We tow locally across Palm Beach County and offer long-distance towing to other cities and states. Share the destination for a quote.
Breakdowns and roadside help
Turn on your hazard lights and get as far right as you safely can, ideally off at the next exit. Stay inside with your seat belt on unless the car is unsafe. If anyone is hurt or you are blocking a lane, call 911 first. Then call us with the nearest exit or mile marker.
If it is an emergency, call 911. For the car itself, call a towing and roadside company. In Palm Beach County, you can call us at (561) 594-5853.
Stay calm and do not break a window. If a child or pet is inside, call 911 right away. Otherwise, call us for a lockout service and we will open it without damage.
Often, yes. A dead battery is one of our most common calls. If the car starts and stays running, you drive away. If it does not, we tow it.
It depends on how much you drive and how old your car is. Even without a plan, you can call us directly for towing, jump starts, lockouts, tire changes and fuel delivery, and pay only for what you use.
Towed cars and the law
Check the signs where you parked: private lots must post the towing company’s name and phone number. If the police ordered the tow, call the non-emergency line of the agency that covers that area. Bring your ID and proof of ownership when you go to pick it up.
On private property, the property owner or manager can authorize a tow under Florida rules, usually with posted signs. If you think a tow was wrong, contact the towing company and the property manager, and check the posted signs.
We provide towing and roadside help when drivers call us. If your car was towed from a parking lot, the posted signs at that lot show which company handles towing there.
